Overview
The Flowmaster Outlaw Cat-Back Exhaust System is the Outlaw High Clearance solution engineered for the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco equipped with the 2.3- or 2.7-liter engine in the 4-door configuration. Part of Flowmaster’s aggressive Outlaw series, this cat-back system replaces the restrictive stock muffler with a straight pipe to unleash a bold, unmistakable exhaust tone while adding real, measurable performance to one of the most iconic off-road vehicles on the trail.
Flowmaster measured maximum dyno gains of 12 horsepower and 13 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels. Built from 3.00-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing from the factory mid-pipe flange back, the system maximizes exhaust flow and long-term durability. This step up from the factory pipe size also helps you extract even more from additional engine upgrades down the road.

The High Clearance design keeps the exhaust tip tucked up higher at the rear of the vehicle, improving your departure angle and minimizing the chance of hanging up on the exhaust when you’re pushing hard off-road. A polished 3.00-inch stainless steel tip with an embossed Flowmaster logo adds a clean, custom look that complements the Bronco’s rugged styling.

By swapping the stock muffler for straight-through piping, the Outlaw system delivers an aggressive sound level that announces your Bronco before it arrives. The 409 stainless steel construction resists corrosion and stands up to the demands of both daily driving and serious off-road use.

Fitment & Installation
This cat-back system is designed specifically for the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco with the 2.3- or 2.7-liter engine and 4 doors. It uses new hangers (included) and factory mounting locations, along with all the necessary hardware, for a straightforward installation. The system is CARB (California) compliant, carrying Emission Code 5.
