The Flowmaster Flow FX Cat-back Exhaust System is engineered to bring free-flowing performance and a bolder exhaust note to the 1986-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ equipped with the 2.5L or 4.0L engine. Built with durable stainless steel construction and mandrel-bent tubing, this cat-back system replaces restrictive factory piping with smooth, unrestricted flow from the catalytic converter back, helping your Cherokee breathe easier while adding an aggressive attitude under the hood.
At the heart of the system is the Flow FX “straight-through” performance muffler, which attaches just behind the catalytic converter and delivers a moderate, deep, powerful sound. It’s the perfect balance for drivers who want a noticeable upgrade over stock without an overwhelming drone. The muffler measures 20 inches in overall length with a center 2.50-inch inlet and center outlet, and comes finished in silver to complement the rest of the system.

This cat-back system fits all 1986-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ models with the 2.5L or 4.0L engine, including 2- and 4-wheel drive as well as 2-door models. It does NOT fit Grand Cherokee models.
