The LS3 engine’s eight cylinders make 400+ horsepower, but that combustion process also produces blow-by — oil, fuel, and other by-products that squeeze past piston rings and threaten to work their way back into the intake. This kit installs in line with the factory PCV system to intercept that blow-by before it ever reaches the intake tract.
Inside the billet 6061 aluminum can, an internal air diverter increases air turbulence and works with an interior baffle to slow incoming air and condense oil and fuel vapors out of the airstream. A 50-micron bronze filter at the outlet further prevents blow-by from escaping the can.
