Overview
The XDR Can-Am Engine Cold Air Intake Performance Kit is engineered to fit the popular 2017-2019 Can-Am Maverick X3, delivering a straightforward airflow upgrade for your side-by-side. Purpose-built for the Maverick X3 platform, this kit combines a high-flow filter, a durable silicone intake tube, and long-life stainless steel hardware to help your engine breathe better while adding a clean, custom look under the hood.
At the heart of the kit is a high-flow 8-panel cotton gauze filter that increases air flow for improved performance. The filter arrives pre-oiled and is fully washable and serviceable, so you can clean and re-oil it for long life rather than replacing it. When it is time to service, the filter can be cleaned and re-oiled with Flowmaster’s Delta Force Cleaning Kit (#615001), and the replacement oiled filter is available under PN 615019.

Installation & Compliance
Installation is designed to be a no cutting, no drilling job you can complete at home using the included stainless steel hardware. The intake pipe features a dedicated port for the intake air temperature sensor to keep your factory sensor in place. Note that this kit does not include an air box, heat shield, MAF sensor, MAF sensor adapter, or vacuum tubing. This intake is CARB compliant under EO #698U-13 (Emission Code 1), making it a smart choice for owners who need to stay emissions-legal.
