The Flowmaster Force II® Exhaust System Kit is a custom-engineered cat-back exhaust system built specifically for 1996-1999 Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon models equipped with the 5.7L engine. A flanged inlet feeds dual pipes into a Scavenger Series Y-pipe for maximum scavenging, then transitions into a large 3.00-inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel inlet pipe. That pipe flows into the included 50 Series Big Block™ muffler, tuned to produce a deep, mellow tone. The single 3.00-inch aluminized steel mandrel-bent tailpipe finishes with a turndown-style tip that exits behind the right rear wheel using factory hanger locations.

Options & What’s Included
The muffler is included with this kit (Muffler Part Number: Kit Only). Exhaust tips are sold separately, and no heat shield is included, so you can tailor the finishing touch to your preference. The system uses a 2.00-inch inlet diameter with U-Bolt clamping, and is emissions-legal with CARB (California) compliance. Note the California Proposition 65 warning that applies to this product.
