The Flowmaster Flow FX Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to upgrade the airflow, sound, and appearance of 2019-2026 GM 1500 trucks equipped with the 2.7-liter turbo engine and a 147-inch or 157-inch wheelbase. Built as a complete cat-back package, it replaces the restrictive factory piping and muffler with a purpose-built system that improves exhaust gas flow while delivering a moderate, refined tone that won’t overpower the cabin on daily drives.
At the heart of the system is a Flow FX “straight-through” muffler, designed to minimize restriction and maximize performance. On the dyno, this cat-back exhaust produced maximum gains of +9 horsepower and +12 lb-ft of torque measured at the rear wheels, turning trapped exhaust energy into usable power you can feel behind the wheel.

Flowmaster manufactures this Flow FX system using durable 409 stainless steel throughout, giving it lasting corrosion resistance for real-world driving. The single 3.50-inch to dual 2.50-inch mandrel-bent pipes keep the diameter consistent through every bend, promoting smooth, efficient flow from the muffler back. The system carries a Silver pipe and muffler finish and is backed by Flowmaster’s Lifetime Limited Warranty.
Style That Stands Out
The system exits out both sides of the truck, behind the rear wheels, in a true dual-tailpipe configuration. Finishing it off are 4.50-inch black ceramic tips with an embossed logo, adding an aggressive, custom look that complements the deeper Flow FX exhaust note. The center-inlet, dual-outlet muffler measures 24.00 inches overall with a 2.63-inch outlet diameter.
