This system is constructed from large 3.00-inch aluminized steel tubing that flows into a specially selected 70 Series Big Block II muffler (muffler part number 53073, included). The generous 3.00-inch inlet diameter and mandrel-bent tailpipe are designed to maximize flow, translating into the improved throttle response, added power, and better mileage that Flowmaster systems are known for. The single mandrel-bent tailpipe exits behind the right rear wheel with a slight angle cut at the end of the tubing, giving the truck a clean, purposeful look.
