The Flowmaster Outlaw Cat-back Exhaust System is engineered to replace the factory transverse muffler on 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4-door models equipped with the 3.6L engine, including the Sahara 3.6L with the Hybrid E-torque option. Built for drivers who split their time between the trail and the street, this Outlaw series system delivers the aggressive exterior tone Flowmaster is known for while keeping a moderate sound level inside the cab.
What sets this system apart is its off-road-focused routing. The muffler is relocated to a position right behind the catalytic converter, where it tucks up into the frame and out of harm’s way when you’re picking your way through rocky terrain. The single 2.50-inch mandrel-bent stainless steel tailpipe is re-routed to run up and over the rear sway bar and exits up high at the rear bumper, providing maximum clearance for extreme crawling.

Bolt-On Installation
This system is designed to mount using the factory hangers, streamlining installation without the need to fabricate new mounting points. The complete kit includes the Outlaw series muffler with its 18.50-inch overall length, center inlet, and center 2.50-inch outlet, along with the re-routed tailpipe and polished tip. The silver pipe finish and black muffler give the whole system a factory-plus look under your Wrangler.
Fitment
This Outlaw cat-back exhaust fits 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4-door models with the 3.6L engine, including the Sahara 3.6L Hybrid E-torque. It does NOT fit 2-door models. This product carries a California Proposition 65 warning and is CARB compliant.
