It is emissions-legal and CARB (California) compliant, carrying Emission Code 5, so you get aggressive performance and tone while staying street-legal. Important: this system does not fit models equipped with the Active Performance Exhaust option — vehicles with the Factory Active Performance Exhaust option should use system #817800. A California Proposition 65 warning applies. Note that a heat shield is not included, and the muffler is supplied as part of the complete kit.
