With five layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media between 100% polyurethane top and base, this high flow “oiled” conical performance filter provides excellent airflow for maximum horsepower and torque. Washable and reusable for multiple cleanings, the tall, open, evenly spaced pleats provide excellent dust holding capacity for longer service cycle between cleanings. Pliable polyurethane flange with integrated bumps insures tight, no leak seal over the life of the filter.

The aFe Pro-GUARD 7 performance air filter represents the next generation of performance filtration. The Pro-GUARD 7 air filter is constructed of pliable urethane with a bump seal for a leak free seal. The filter media is constructed of 7-layers, 5-layers of progressive cotton gauze and 2-layers of synthetic dry media for maximum filtration. This filter is for drivers that choose to drive in the most extreme conditions. Deeper, rounder pleats offer more filtering area than other foam or cotton gauze filters.
