The Mishimoto Intercooler and Charge Pipe Kit (MMINT-TAC-24KBKRD) is a complete forced induction upgrade built for the 2024+ Toyota Tacoma’s T24A-FTS engine, addressing the heat soak that builds in the factory tube-and-fin intercooler across repeated WOT runs, towing grades, and sustained trail use. This specific kit pairs a Black-finished, 55% larger bar-and-plate core with matched Black aluminum charge piping, delivering a fully engineered charge air system rather than a single swapped part.

At the center of this forced induction system is a 3.5-inch thick aluminum bar-and-plate core that cuts intake air temperatures by up to 36°F at wide-open throttle while producing 30% lower pressure drop than the stock unit, easing turbocharger strain and helping maintain boost efficiency under load. An included custom shroud channels full airflow across every row of the oversized core so none of that added volume goes to waste, while cast aluminum end tanks, billet aluminum ORB ports, updated mounting bushings, and an included crush washer round out a sealed, long-term installation. Because the core, charge pipes, DuraCore™ silicone couplers, and constant-tension clamps are engineered and tested together as one matched system, this kit avoids the flow mismatches and sealing issues that come from combining components from separate sources — and it preserves Toyota’s adaptive cruise control function with no sensor relocation required.
