Dual Inlets Three Layer Performance Air Filter:
Momentum’s unique filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 9″ tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features two 3″ inlets and our oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. This media is best suited for street and light off-road use.
Unique One-Piece Housing:
The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The housing incorporates the factory air inlet scoop.
Dual 3″ Mandrel-Bent Tubes:
Dual mandrel-bent wrinkle-black powder-coated aluminum intake tubes direct unrestricted airflow from the filter to the turbos for more horsepower and torque. A hose connects both tubes to balance air intake pressure.
Silicone Inlet Seal:
A silicone seal piece finishes the inlet of the housing and seals to the hood to block off unwanted hot engine air from entering the air intake system.
Premium Hardware and couplings:
Premium stainless-steel worm-gear clamps provide the best corrosion resistance possible and premium silicone couplings allows for ample flexibility and guarantee perfect seals. Momentum XP intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and simple installation.
