Large Three Layer Performance Air Filter:
This 9” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features our oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street and light off-road use. The filter features an injection molded base and top for lighter weight and rigidity. Its base includes a built-in 3-angle velocity stack for smooth, even airflow and captive screws to easily attach the filter to the housing.
Unique Integrated Filter-to-Housing Design:
Quantum uses an integrated filter-to-housing design (patent pending) that attaches both components with four captive screws, making for a positive surface area seal and easy installation. Its roto-molded sealed XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer housing provides long-lasting durability and features a unique, five rib, industrial-grade look for aFe quality recognition.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube:
Quantum uses a dyno-tuned, computer-designed intake tube to achieve optimum air flow and a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable
Silicone Bellows Coupling:
This cold air intake system includes a silicone bellows coupling to absorb excessive engine movement and provide flexibility, for a long-lasting secure installation.
Hassle-Free Installation:
Quantum intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and easy installation. This is a direct fit intake system that utilizes factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications. All necessary clamps, couplings, and hardware are included.
