The FASS FASC09290G Adjustable Diesel Fuel System is part of the FASS Signature Series, engineered to be one of the most versatile high-performance fuel systems available for the GM Duramax 6.6L. Designed for the 2001-2016 Duramax truck and SUV, this adjustable system delivers 290 gallons of diesel fuel per hour and is built around the same proven motor used in the Titanium Signature Series, giving high-horsepower builders serious, dependable flow.

Billet Construction and Included Hardware
The system is machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum and finished in black. It’s sold as a complete kit that includes a bulkhead fitting and suction tube. The billet bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return, featuring a 5/8 inch suction tube along with a 1/2 inch fuel return port. This new and improved design over the previous suction tube allows you to plumb your FASS return line directly, streamlining installation and cleaning up your fuel routing.
