The FASS FASD05100G is a Signature Series Adjustable Diesel Fuel System engineered to deliver clean, consistent fuel to your 2010-2014 Dodge Cummins 6.7L. Part of the ADJ Fuel System Series, this kit is built around the same high-output motor used in the FASS Titanium Signature Series, giving you a 100 gallon-per-hour flow rating and the adjustability to dial fuel delivery in for everything from a stock daily driver to a moderate-to-race build in the 0-600 HP range.
Unlike a fixed-pressure lift pump, this adjustable fuel system lets you customize fuel pressure to match the demands of high performance and competition diesel engines. FASS designed it to be one of the most versatile fuel systems on the market, so you can set it up to feed your injection system exactly the way your combination requires.
Key Benefits
A built-in boost compensation port is what sets this system apart under hard throttle. Air pressure drawn from your intake manifold raises fuel pressure as boost climbs, maintaining fuel pressure when it matters most — under full throttle and heavy load — so your engine never starves for fuel when you’re asking the most of it.
The kit includes a bulkhead fitting and suction tube machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum. This improved bulkhead functions as both a suction tube and a return, featuring a 5/8 inch suction tube along with a dedicated fuel return port. The redesign allows you to plumb your FASS return line cleanly and reliably, streamlining installation and long-term serviceability.
