The FASS Adjustable Diesel Fuel Lift Pump 290F delivers 240 gallons per hour at up to 55 PSI, purpose-built for Ford Powerstroke 6.7L trucks and SUVs from 2011-2016. Sold as a complete kit, this adjustable fuel system uses the same motor found in FASS Titanium Series systems, giving it the durability and flow capacity needed for high-demand fueling. Fuel pressure is adjustable from 1 to 75 PSI, allowing you to dial in the exact pressure your engine combination requires rather than being locked into a fixed output. This level of adjustability makes it a strong fit for race and competition diesel engines where fuel delivery needs to be tuned precisely.
Key Benefits
A built-in boost compensation port sets this system apart from standard lift pumps. As boost pressure increases from the intake manifold under full throttle, fuel pressure rises in response, helping maintain proper fuel delivery exactly when the engine needs it most — under load and at wide-open throttle. This active compensation helps protect against fuel starvation during hard acceleration and towing.
The included Bulkhead and Suction Tube are machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum for strength and long-term reliability. The bulkhead fitting is dual-purpose, functioning as both suction and return, and features a 5/8 inch suction tube paired with a 1/2 inch fuel return port. This updated suction tube design is an improvement over previous FASS versions, giving installers more flexibility when plumbing the FASS return line.
