Description
Overview
The FASS Fuel Systems Fleet Filter Pack FLP3000 is a complete maintenance bundle built for anyone running FASS Fuel Systems on their Truck/SUV. Sold as a convenient pack, it contains three (3) XWS3002 Extreme Water Separators and three (3) PF3001 Particulate Filters — everything you need to service multiple FASS Fuel Systems or keep the shop and garage fully stocked. If you’re staying ahead of routine fuel filter replacement, this pack takes the guesswork out of your next fuel filter change.
Designed with convenience in mind, these filter packs make it simple to maintain more than one FASS system at a time. Instead of ordering filters piecemeal, you get a matched set of water separators and particulate filters ready for your next round of changing fuel filter service across your fleet.
Key Benefits
The XWS3002 is FASS Fuel Systems’ more efficient extreme water separator, rated at 2 microns absolute. Because the filter element traps over 99 percent of the water, a drain is no longer needed on the water separator — one less thing to manage during your diesel fuel filter service. The PF3001 Particulate Filter is rated at 144 microns and, when placed on the suction side, drastically reduces cavitation, increases flow properties, lowers the FASS System’s sound output, and removes larger fuel particulates.
- Three (3) XWS3002 Extreme Water Separators — 2 microns absolute, trapping over 99% of water
- Three (3) PF3001 Particulate Filters — rated at 144 microns
- No drain needed on the XWS3002 water separator
- Suction-side PF3001 reduces cavitation, boosts flow, and lowers system sound output
- Sold as a pack — ideal for shops, fleets, or keeping the garage stocked
Installation & Compatibility
The XWS3002 must be used in conjunction with the PF3001. These new filters cannot be used in combination with the FF3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020. When replacing the discontinued filters with the new XWS3002 and PF3001, the XWS3002 is now placed on the pressure side of the pump, while the PF3001 is placed on the suction side. Following this configuration ensures your FASS system performs as intended after the fuel filter replacement.
Fitment
This pack fits Truck/SUV applications running FASS Fuel Systems. It carries AAIA ID FKRH and is sold as a pack. Confirm your current setup uses the new XWS3002/PF3001 filter architecture rather than the discontinued FF or FS series before installing.
Whether you’re servicing a single rig or handling regular diesel fuel filter change intervals across several vehicles, the FLP3000 keeps genuine FASS water separators and particulate filters on hand so you’re never caught waiting to change the fuel filter when it counts.
