The FASS Fuel Systems Filter Pack FP3000 (Part No: FP3000) is a complete filter maintenance kit built for owners who run FASS Fuel Systems on their Truck/SUV. Each pack is sold as a bundle containing two (2) XWS3002 Extreme Water Separators and two (2) PF3001 Particulate Filters, giving you everything needed to service multiple systems or keep your shop and garage fully stocked for the next fuel filter replacement.

Key Benefits
The XWS3002 is FASS Fuel Systems’ more efficient Extreme Water Separator, rated at 2 micron absolute. Because the filter element traps over 99 percent of the water, a drain is no longer needed on the water separator — simplifying service and keeping water out of your injection system. Paired with it, the PF3001 Particulate Filter is rated at 144 microns and is engineered to work exclusively alongside the XWS3002.
When positioned on the suction side, the 144 micron Particulate Filter drastically reduces cavitation, increases flow properties, lowers the sound output of the FASS System, and removes larger fuel particulates before they ever reach the pump. It’s the kind of upgrade that protects the entire fuel path while making your system quieter and smoother.

Correct Placement & Compatibility
Installation orientation matters. When replacing the discontinued filters with the new XWS3002 and PF3001, the XWS3002 is now placed on the pressure side of the system, while the PF3001 is placed on the suction side. Always refer to the location diagram printed on the new filters for proper placement.
Important compatibility note: the new XWS3002 MUST be used in conjunction with the PF3001. These new filters cannot be used in combination with the FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020 filters. Confirm you are matching the correct set before performing your fuel filter replacement to ensure proper filtration and flow.
