The FASS No Drop Series Fuel System is purpose-built for 2008-2010 Ford Powerstroke 6.4L trucks and SUVs running 900-1200hp, combining the Titanium Signature Series Fuel System (TSF16250G) with the FASS Diesel Fuel Sump Kit (SK5501) into one complete, no-compromise fuel supply solution. This kit was engineered to eliminate the single biggest headache of a Titanium Signature Series install: dropping the fuel tank. By pairing the fuel system with the dedicated Sump Kit, FASS has created a straightforward installation path that saves both time and money compared to purchasing the fuel system and sump kit separately.
At the heart of the system is a housing machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, finished in black, and built to move serious volumes of clean, lubricated diesel to support demanding high-horsepower applications. Every component in the No Drop Kit is selected to work together, so you get exactly what you need for a clean install and nothing extraneous to slow you down.

The system increases fuel lubricity by at least 10 percent, which helps extend the service life of injection components by up to 3x. It removes over 99 percent of the water content from fuel and eliminates entrained air and vapor before it ever reaches the injection system-two of the most common culprits behind injector and pump wear. Filtration is handled down to 2 microns absolute, so debris and contaminants are stripped out well before they can cause damage downstream. On top of all that, the system delivers far more fuel flow than OEM, giving high-horsepower 6.4L Powerstroke builds the volume they need to perform consistently under load.

Each No Drop Kit (Part No. ND) includes one Titanium Signature Series Diesel Fuel System (TSF16250G) built specifically for 2008-2010 Ford Powerstroke 6.4L trucks producing 900-1200hp, along with one FASS Fuel Sump Kit (SK5501). The Sump Kit is what makes this installation different-and easier-than a standard Titanium Signature Series setup, since it removes the need to pull the fuel tank during install. For trucks operating in colder climates, FASS also offers Electric Fuel Heater Kits to keep fuel flowing smoothly.
