The FASS No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System takes the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus and pairs it with the FASS Fuel Sump for the simplest, most affordable installation possible on your 1999-2007 Ford Powerstroke. Because the included Fuel Sump draws fuel directly, there’s no need to remove and drop your fuel tank during installation — hence the No-Drop name. Machined from durable 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and finished in clean black, this dedicated fuel system delivers reliable filtration, air/vapor separation, and stronger-than-OEM fuel flow for stock through 700hp applications.
The Titanium Signature Series Plus is the next evolution of the popular Titanium Signature Series Fuel System. It’s equipped with ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings, and black fuel line for an ultra-clean, professional-looking installation under the truck.
