The FASS No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System brings the acclaimed Titanium Signature Series Plus technology to your 1999-2007 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L or 6.0L in a complete, install-friendly package built for 600-900hp applications. What sets the No-Drop Plus apart is its integrated Fuel Sump, which draws fuel directly from your tank and eliminates the need to drop the tank during installation. The result is a cleaner, faster, and more affordable path to a premium FASS fuel system.
Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum and finished in black, the No-Drop Series Plus is engineered to deliver consistent, high-volume fuel supply while conditioning that fuel for maximum injection component protection. It represents the next evolution of the popular Titanium Signature Series, adding refinements that improve both performance and appearance.

This system does far more than move fuel. It actively conditions it—removing water, air, vapor, and debris—so your injectors and injection components receive clean, lubricated, air-free diesel. FASS rates the No-Drop Plus to increase fuel lubricity by at least 10 percent, remove over 99 percent of the water from your fuel, and filter contaminants down to 2 microns absolute. Together these capabilities can extend the life of injection components up to three times over.
