It arrives equipped with ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings, and black fuel line for an ultra-clean, purpose-built appearance under the hood. Machined from durable 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and finished in black, it looks as serious as it performs.
Beyond the aesthetics, this system does the hard work of protecting your diesel and delivering the fuel a high-horsepower Powerstroke demands. Operating at 65psi, it provides far more fuel flow than OEM while conditioning every drop that reaches your injectors. It removes over 99 percent of the water from fuel, eliminates entrained air and vapor, and filters out debris down to 2 microns absolute. By increasing fuel lubricity at least 10 percent, the system can 3x the life of your injection components.
