The FASS Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System is the next evolution of the popular Titanium Signature Series, purpose-built for the 2000-2005 Ford Excursion equipped with the 6.0L or 7.3L Powerstroke diesel engine. Engineered by FASS Fuel Systems to be a top-performing, long-lasting, and reliable aftermarket lift pump and filtration system, it delivers clean, consistent fuel to your injection system while removing the air and vapor that rob diesel engines of performance and longevity.
What sets the Plus apart is its refined, ultra-clean installation. It comes equipped with ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings, and matching black fuel line, all built around a rugged 6061 T-6 billet aluminum construction finished in black. Rated at 140 gallons per hour and running at 65 psi, this system provides enough fuel to support your Powerstroke from stock output all the way up to 700 horsepower.
