This is a full dual 3″ cat-back configuration engineered from the ground up for the 3.0TT platform, pairing a precision X-pipe with robust resonators built to handle big boost. Constructed entirely from T304L stainless steel, this catback exhaust system is designed for durability and long-term corrosion resistance under real-world driving. With full 3″ tubing and a dual X-pipe layout, the exhaust flows freely while keeping the factory-connection experience straightforward and bolt-on.
Dyno-Proven Performance
AWE puts numbers behind the sound. This car exhaust is dyno-proven for gains of +6 hp and +14 lb-ft of torque at the wheels when paired with factory downpipes. The system was also sound tested both with and without aftermarket lower downpipes, so you know exactly how the exhaust pipe behaves whether you keep the OEM setup or run upstream upgrades.
Track Edition vs. Touring Edition
This is the Track Edition. Unlike its Touring Edition sibling, the Track Edition removes AWE’s patented 180 Technology® resonators. The result is more pronounced cabin volume during mid-range acceleration and deceleration, as well as at cruising speeds. It’s an aggressive, unapologetic tone. The Track Edition may be too much for many drivers—especially when paired with aftermarket components upstream. For that reason, AWE Track Edition exhausts cannot be returned based on sound preference, so choose accordingly. Should you ever find the setup too rowdy, AWE offers simple bolt-on conversion kits.
What’s Included
Each exhaust system comes complete with bespoke adapter plates and gaskets to mate AWE’s dual 3″ system to factory downpipes. If you’re connecting to aftermarket components upstream, that hardware isn’t needed. The Track Edition ships with two 5″ chrome silver slash-cut tips and all necessary hardware for installation.
