The XDR 16-18 Polaris RZR S 1000 EPS Base Exhaust System Kit is a bolt-on, rear-section performance exhaust engineered specifically for the 2016-2018 Polaris RZR S 1000 (does not fit Turbo S models). Built for riders who want a deeper, more aggressive tone and a clean, purpose-built look, this XDR Competition exhaust system connects at the factory flanged connection and is held firmly in place by the factory rubber mounts and springs — no cutting, no guesswork. At the heart of the kit is a 2.50-inch mandrel-bent inlet tube that flows into the XDR “straight-through” cross-flow Competition muffler, producing a deep, moderate-to-aggressive sound level. Dual 2.25-inch mandrel-bent tailpipes are tucked up high within the rear fenders and finished with a pair of 3.50-inch brushed 304 stainless steel tips capped with black anodized aluminum end caps — a double-wall, angle-cut design that looks as good as it sounds.
