Where the factory tube-and-fin intercooler loses cooling capacity across repeated wide-open-throttle runs, towing grades, and sustained trail use, this kit swaps in a 55% larger bar-and-plate core matched to all-new aluminum charge piping, DuraCore™ silicone couplers, and constant-tension clamps.
