Insufficiently cooled air entering your engine robs power and performance, and modified vehicles — especially those flashed or equipped with a modified supercharger pulley like the AWE Stage 2 Performance Pulley — are particularly susceptible to higher intake air temperatures. This supercharger intercooler heat exchanger is proven to maintain consistent intake air temperatures and power, even under the most demanding conditions.
What Does an Intercooler Heat Exchanger Do?
In an air to water intercooler system, the heat exchanger is the component that sheds heat from the coolant circulating through the setup. AWE specifically designed the system to include a drain plug and bleed screw, allowing the circuit to be bled without unnecessary hassle.
