Fit, Finish & Details

The included heat shield also adds a built-in safety feature to keep exposed components protected.

Installation
This is a true bolt-on system that requires no assembly and no additional fabrication. All mounting hardware and instructions are included for a simple at-home installation, so you can go from box to trail without a trip to the exhaust pipe shop. The system does not affect emissions and can be used for on-road or trail use, and it is California legal under Emission Code 5 with a Proposition 65 warning.
Fitment Notes
This exhaust system fits only the normally aspirated Maverick 1000R and Maverick Max 1000R. It does NOT fit Turbocharged, Trail, or X3 models. Y-pipes, flanges, and header pipes are not included. Verify your model and engine configuration before ordering to ensure a proper bolt-on fit.
