The FASS Adjustable Diesel Fuel Lift Pump 250GPH is a Signature Series Adjustable Diesel Fuel System engineered specifically for the 1998.5-2004 Dodge Cummins 5.9L. Built as the most versatile high-performance fuel system in the FASS lineup, this ADJ Fuel System Series unit delivers adjustable fuel pressure to meet the demands of hard-working, high-output Cummins applications. Rated for the Super Extreme 900-1200 HP range, it is designed to keep your injection system fed with clean, consistent diesel when the power really climbs.
At the heart of this system is the same proven motor used in the FASS Titanium Signature Series, moving up to 250 gallons of diesel fuel per hour. What sets the adjustable version apart is its tunable fuel pressure range of 1-75 PSI, letting you dial in exactly the fuel delivery your combination requires — from a daily-driven truck to a dedicated race or competition diesel engine.
Key Benefits
To keep pressure right where it needs to be under load, FASS integrated a boost compensation port. Air pressure drawn from your intake manifold raises fuel pressure while under full throttle, maintaining fuel pressure at the moment it matters most. That means stable delivery when your Cummins is working its hardest, not just at idle or cruise.
Every component is built to premium standards. The Bulkhead fitting is machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum and cleverly functions as both a suction tube and a return, keeping your fuel tank plumbing clean and purpose-built. It features a 5/8 inch Suction Tube along with a 1/2 inch Fuel Return Port — an improved design over the previous FASS suction tube.
