Adjustable Pressure, Built for Performance
Manufactured with the same motor used in the FASS Titanium Signature Series systems, this adjustable fuel system offers a wide adjustable fuel pressure range from 1-75 PSI, allowing you to customize fuel delivery for race or competition diesel engines. Whether you’re chasing consistent street manners or maximum output at the track, the ability to fine-tune pressure puts you in control.
To further support performance under load, FASS built in a boost compensation port. Air pressure drawn from your intake manifold raises fuel pressure while under full throttle, helping maintain fuel pressure when it matters most. That means your engine stays fed during the moments that count.
Precision-Machined Components
This kit includes a Bulkhead Fitting and Suction Tube machined from durable 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return, featuring a 5/8-inch Suction Tube along with a 1/2-inch Fuel Return Port. This is a new and improved version of the previous FASS suction tube design, giving you a cleaner, more capable fuel pickup for your Cummins.
