Overview
The FASS Diesel Fuel 5/8 Suction Tube Kit with Bulkhead Fitting (Part No. STK1002) is a precision-machined upgrade designed to feed your aftermarket lift pump the fuel volume it demands. Machined from durable 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, this bulkhead fitting integrates both a 5/8 inch suction tube and a 1/2 inch fuel return port into a single, clean installation. Sold as a complete kit, it is the new and improved evolution of the previous FASS STK-Kit and is built to work with a wide range of diesel platforms.
This new design allows you to plumb your FASS return line directly to the bulkhead fitting, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck and significantly speeding up the installation process. Whether you’re routing a fuel line, fuel hose, or a high pressure fuel line back to the tank, the integrated 1/2 inch return port keeps everything organized and secure.

Installation & Design
