The FASS Fuel Systems Filter Pack XL (Part No: FP3000XL) is a complete replacement filter set built to keep your FASS Fuel System running clean, quiet, and efficiently. Each pack contains one XWS3002XL Extreme Water Separator and one PF3001XL Particulate Filter, giving you everything you need for a full fuel filter change in one convenient package. It’s an ideal choice for the shop counter or for keeping your own garage stocked so a diesel fuel filter service is never held up waiting on parts.
Designed with maintenance convenience in mind, the FP3000XL makes changing your fuel filter straightforward. Key Benefits
The XWS3002XL is a more efficient extreme water separator rated at 2 micron absolute. Its filter element traps over 99 percent of the water, which means a drain is no longer required on the water separator. Paired with it, the PF3001XL Particulate Filter is rated at 144 microns and sits on the suction side of the system, where it drastically reduces cavitation, increases flow properties, lowers the sound output of the FASS System, and removes larger fuel particulates before they reach the pump.

Installation & Placement
When replacing the discontinued filters with the new XWS3002XL and PF3001XL, orientation matters. The XWS3002XL Extreme Water Separator is now placed on the pressure side of the system, while the PF3001XL Particulate Filter is placed on the suction side. Please refer to the location diagram printed on the new filters for the correct setup. Getting each element on the right side ensures the water separation and particulate filtration perform exactly as intended.
Compatibility Notes & Fitment
These are matched components: the XWS3002XL must be used in conjunction with the PF3001XL. The new filters cannot be used in combination with the discontinued FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020 elements. The FP3000XL Filter Pack XL is designed for Truck/SUV applications running a compatible FASS Fuel System.
