The FASS No Drop Series Diesel Fuel System (NDTSD07165G) brings the proven performance of the Titanium Signature Series to 2005-2018 and 2021-2023 Dodge RAM Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L trucks rated for 600-900hp, while eliminating one of the biggest headaches of a traditional fuel system install: dropping the fuel tank. This kit pairs the TSD07165G Titanium Signature Series Fuel System with the SK5501 FASS Diesel Fuel Sump Kit, giving you a complete, purpose-built solution engineered to work together right out of the box.
By combining these two components into a single No Drop Kit, FASS has taken the guesswork and extra labor out of upgrading your fuel delivery. The Fuel Sump Kit is specifically designed to eliminate the need for tank removal, drastically simplifying the entire installation process. On top of that convenience, bundling the fuel system with the sump kit delivers real cost savings compared to purchasing the Titanium Signature Series system and sump kit as separate items.
Key Benefits
At the core of this system is fuel filtration and conditioning that goes well beyond what the factory setup provides. The Titanium Signature Series is built to remove over 99 percent of water from your fuel and filters out debris down to 2 microns absolute, protecting sensitive injection components from contamination. It also eliminates entrained air and vapor for consistent, reliable fuel delivery, while increasing fuel lubricity by at least 10 percent-a combination that can help extend the life of your injection components by up to three times. Fuel flow is also significantly increased over OEM output, supporting the demands of a 600-900hp Cummins setup.
