The FASS No Drop Series Diesel Fuel System is a complete, ready-to-install fuel delivery package engineered specifically for the 2011-2014 GM/Chevy Duramax 6.6L supporting builds in the 600-1,000hp range. It pairs the proven Titanium Signature Series Fuel System (TSC11165G) with the FASS Diesel Fuel Sump Kit (SK5501), giving you everything needed for a clean, straightforward FASS installation-and nothing you don’t. Machined from durable 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and finished in black, it’s built to feed high-horsepower Duramax injection systems while cleaning and conditioning your diesel fuel.
Why the “No Drop” Design Matters
The name says it all. Traditional fuel system installs often require dropping the fuel tank to add a draw straw-a time-consuming, labor-intensive job. The included FASS Fuel Sump eliminates that step entirely, letting you complete the installation without removing the tank. Beyond drastically simplifying installation, the No Drop Kit bundles the fuel system and sump together for significant savings over buying a Titanium Signature Series system and Sump Kit separately.
Complete Fuel Filtration & Conditioning
FASS doesn’t just move fuel-it cleans and conditions it before it ever reaches your injectors. This system removes over 99 percent of the water from your fuel, eliminates entrained air and vapor, and filters debris down to 2 microns absolute. The result is cleaner, more consistent fuel delivery that increases fuel lubricity by at least 10 percent and can extend the life of your injection components by up to three times. With far more fuel flow than OEM, it’s ready to support serious Duramax power.
