The FASS No Drop Series Diesel Fuel System is purpose-built for 2011-2016 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L trucks and SUVs running in the 900-1200hp range, combining the FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel System (TSF17290F240G) with the FASS Diesel Fuel Sump Kit (SK5501) into a single, streamlined package. Instead of purchasing a Titanium Signature Series system and a sump kit separately, the No Drop Kit bundles both components together, delivering the same proven FASS filtration and fuel delivery performance while cutting cost and installation time.
As the name suggests, the No Drop Kit is engineered to eliminate the most time-consuming part of a traditional lift pump install: dropping the fuel tank. The included FASS Fuel Sump Kit allows the system to be installed without removing the tank from the truck, drastically simplifying the process for DIY installers and shops alike. Everything needed for a complete, straightforward FASS installation is included in the kit—nothing more, nothing less.

At the core of the system is a Titanium Signature Series Fuel System built to keep the 6.7L Powerstroke’s fuel supply clean, cool, and consistently pressurized. The system removes over 99 percent of water from the fuel, filters out debris down to 2 microns absolute, and eliminates entrained air and vapor before fuel ever reaches the injectors. Construction & Fitment
The sump housing is machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and finished in black, built to hold up to the demands of a diesel fuel system environment.
