The FASS No Drop Series Fuel System is a complete, ready-to-install fuel delivery upgrade engineered specifically for the 2008-2010 Ford Powerstroke 6.4L rated for 600-1000hp applications. Built around FASS Fuel Systems’ proven Titanium Signature Series platform, this No Drop Kit pairs a high-performance lift pump and filtration system (TSF16165G) with the SK5501 FASS Diesel Fuel Sump Kit, giving you everything needed for a clean, straightforward installation and nothing you don’t.
What sets the No Drop Series apart is the integrated fuel sump. Because the SK5501 sump draws fuel without dropping the tank, installation is dramatically simplified compared to conventional setups. Bundling the Titanium Signature Series system and the sump kit together also delivers significant savings over purchasing the two components separately, making this one of the most sensible ways to add serious fuel supply to a built 6.4L Powerstroke.
