The Flowmaster Flow FX Cat-back Exhaust System is engineered to upgrade the sound, flow, and durability of your 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner equipped with the 4.0L engine. Built as a complete cat-back kit, it replaces the restrictive factory piping behind the catalytic converter with free-flowing, mandrel-bent tubing and a straight-through Flow FX performance muffler for a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note without unwanted drone.
Constructed from 409 stainless steel with 16-gauge, 2.50-inch mandrel-bent tubing, this system is designed for long-term durability and unrestricted exhaust flow. The compact round straight-through muffler attaches behind the catalytic converter and delivers a moderate, deep, and powerful tone that sounds great on the trail and on the highway. The mandrel-bent stainless tailpipe is routed to tuck up high in the undercarriage, helping protect it from being crushed when you traverse rocky terrain.

The kit ships as a complete cat-back package with a single center-inlet, center-outlet Flow FX muffler measuring 20 inches in overall length with a 2.50-inch outlet diameter. Detailed instructions and all necessary hardware are included so you can complete the install at home. No heat shield is included with this system. The exhaust is covered by Flowmaster’s Lifetime Limited Warranty.

It is CARB (California) compliant, carrying Emission Code 5, making it a street-legal upgrade in California and all 50 states.
