The Super 40 carries the same deep, commanding sound as the Original 40 Series, but adds all the benefits of Delta Flow® technology — improved performance and reduced low-frequency interior resonance so you get the drone-free driving experience you want on the highway and the attitude you want when you open it up.

Durability is designed in from the start. The Super 40 is constructed of 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded, giving it the strength to stand up to heat, road conditions, and years of use. A high-temperature paint finish helps protect the case and keeps it looking the part under the vehicle.

Configuration & Fitment
This is a universal-fit muffler, giving fabricators and enthusiasts the flexibility to integrate it into a wide range of custom or replacement exhaust setups. It features a 3.00-inch inlet diameter and a dual outlet location, making it well suited to builds that call for a chambered muffler with strong flow. It is rated for 4/6 cylinder engine applications and carries emission code 5.
Please note that mounting uses new hangers, which are not included, and any exhaust tips are sold separately. This allows you to spec the exact hangers and tips your project needs so the finished system fits and looks precisely the way you intend. Because it is a universal muffler, confirm your inlet, outlet, and clearance requirements before installation to ensure a clean fit.
