The FASS No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered to deliver clean, air-free, water-free diesel to your 1999-2007 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L or 6.0L, with the flow capacity to support builds running 900-1200hp. Built around the next evolution of the popular Titanium Signature Series, the No-Drop Plus package pairs that proven fuel system with the FASS Fuel Sump so you can complete a high-performance upgrade without the hassle and mess of dropping your fuel tank.
This is a Dedicated Fuel System designed to filter, separate, and pressurize your fuel supply in one integrated unit. It removes over 99 percent of the water from your fuel, eliminates entrained air and vapor, and filters debris down to 2 microns absolute—sending consistently clean, dependable fuel to your injection system at 55psi. By increasing fuel lubricity by at least 10 percent, it can help extend the life of costly injection components by as much as three times.

Machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and finished in black, it’s built to perform and to look the part.
