The FASS No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System brings together everything you need for a clean, straightforward upgrade on your 2005-2018 and 2021-2024 Dodge RAM Cummins 5.9L or 6.7L. Built to support builds in the 600-900hp range, this No-Drop Plus Kit pairs the Titanium Signature Series Plus fuel system with a Fuel Sump so you can complete the installation without dropping or removing your fuel tank. It’s the next evolution of the popular Titanium Signature Series, engineered to simplify the job while delivering serious fueling performance.
The Titanium Signature Series Plus is equipped with ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 black anodized aluminum fittings, and black fuel line for an ultra-clean, finished look under the truck. The system is machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and finished in black, part of the No-Drop Series lineup and sold as each.

Performance & Protection
Beyond the clean install, this FASS system is built to protect your injection components and keep clean, air-free fuel flowing to the engine. It filters out debris down to 2 microns absolute, removes over 99 percent of the water from fuel, and eliminates entrained air and vapor, all while delivering far more fuel flow than OEM. For those running in cold climates, Electric Fuel Heater Kits are available.
