The FASS No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System brings the next evolution of dedicated diesel fuel delivery to your 2017-2022 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L. Built for high-output builds in the 900-1200hp range, this No-Drop Plus Kit pairs the Titanium Signature Series Plus system with a FASS Fuel Sump, so you get everything needed for a clean, straightforward installation in one package. Because the kit includes the Fuel Sump, there’s no need to drop or remove your fuel tank, drastically simplifying the entire install.
The Titanium Signature Series Plus is the refined upgrade of the popular Titanium Signature Series. It’s equipped with ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black-anodized fittings, and black fuel line for an ultra-clean, finished appearance under the truck. Constructed from durable 6061 T-6 billet aluminum in a black finish, it’s engineered to perform hard and look the part while doing it.
Why It Matters
Your diesel’s injection system lives and dies by the quality of the fuel it receives. This FASS system increases fuel lubricity by at least 10 percent and can extend the life of injection components up to three times. It removes over 99 percent of water from the fuel, eliminates entrained air and vapor, and filters out debris down to 2 microns absolute. The result is cleaner, drier, air-free fuel delivered at 65 psi with far more flow than the OEM setup can provide.
