The XDR Polaris Engine Cold Air Intake Performance Kit is engineered to unlock more airflow and a more aggressive intake note on your side-by-side. Designed to fit the popular 2016-2021 Polaris RZR Turbo models, this bolt-on system replaces the restrictive factory setup with a high-flow filter and a custom intake tube that both looks the part and helps your engine breathe. It’s a straightforward upgrade that brings genuine performance gains and a cleaner engine-bay appearance to your Polaris RZR.
Key Benefits
At the heart of the kit is a high-flow 8-panel cotton gauze air filter. Because it uses a washable, reusable cotton gauze element, you get long service life instead of the throwaway cost of paper filters. The filter arrives pre-oiled and ready to install, and when it eventually needs attention it can be cleaned and re-oiled with Flowmaster’s Delta Force Cleaning Kit (#615001). The red cotton gauze element measures 11.64 in. long with a 5.53 in. outer diameter and a 3 in. inside diameter, capped with a clean black end cap for a finished look.
The cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) high-flow intake tube is built to maximize intake flow while adding a custom touch under the hood. Finished in black with a round 3.1 in. inlet and a round 2.05 in. outlet, the tube includes a port for the intake air temperature sensor so your factory sensor transfers over cleanly. A pre-filter wrap is also included to help keep the performance filter protected in dusty riding environments.

Installation & Hardware
Everything you need for a clean install is in the box. The kit ships with 6 stainless steel worm-gear clamps in a natural finish and 2 black couplers, giving you long-life, corrosion-resistant hardware. Best of all, it’s a no cutting or drilling installation that can be completed at home with basic tools, so you can spend less time wrenching and more time riding.
Fitment & Notes
This kit is designed specifically for 2016-2021 Polaris RZR Turbo applications. Note that an air box, heat shield, MAF sensor, and vacuum tubing are not included, and this intake is not CARB (California) compliant. A California Proposition 65 warning applies. When it’s time to service the element, the replacement pre-oiled filter part number is 615016.
