Rated at 240 gallons per hour and constructed with a 6061 T-6 billet aluminum housing finished in black, the Titanium Signature Series Plus delivers the fuel volume high-output Powerstroke builds require while maintaining a clean, professional installation. The Plus designation reflects the upgraded ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings and black anodized aluminum fittings paired with black fuel line, giving the entire system a tightly sealed, ultra-clean look under the hood or frame rail.
Filtration & Protection
Beyond raw fuel volume, this system is built to protect the components downstream of it. A 2-micron filtration rating strips out contaminants before they ever reach your injection system, while a built-in water separation filter keeps moisture out of the fuel supply. FASS’s patented air/vapor removal process eliminates air and vapor from the fuel before it hits your injectors, addressing one of the most common causes of injector failure in Powerstroke diesel engines.
