The FASS Titanium Signature Series Plus is a dedicated fuel system engineered for the 2001-2010 Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra Duramax 6.6L, built to support high-output applications from 900 up to 1200 HP. As the next evolution of the popular Titanium Signature Series, the Plus variant steps up the presentation and durability with ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 T-6 billet aluminum black anodized fittings, and black fuel line for a clean, race-inspired install that looks as good as it performs.

A 2-micron filtration rating strips contaminants from the fuel before it reaches your injection system, while a built-in water separation filter pulls damaging moisture out of the fuel supply. FASS’s patented air/vapor removal process further ensures your engine receives clean, consistent fuel free of the air pockets and vapor that can cause performance issues and premature wear. Duramax engines have a well-documented history of injector failure, and much of that failure traces back to fuel quality issues — this system is built specifically to eliminate those fuel-related failure points.
Construction & Finish
Every fitting on the Titanium Signature Series Plus is machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and finished in black anodizing, paired with black fuel line for a cohesive, ultra-clean underbody or engine bay appearance. Sold individually (each), this system is built to be the centerpiece of a serious fuel system upgrade.
