The Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System from FASS Fuel Systems is purpose-built for 2015-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine. Representing the next evolution of the popular Titanium Signature Series, the Plus variant is finished with ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings, and black fuel line for a cleaner, more refined install under the hood. Constructed from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and finished in black, this system is engineered to be one of the most reliable and longest-lasting aftermarket fuel filtration solutions available for the Duramax platform.
Rated to flow 165 gallons per hour, the Titanium Signature Series Plus is capable of supporting Duramax engines producing anywhere from 600 to 1000 horsepower, giving serious performance builds the fuel volume they need to run consistently and confidently. It delivers a 2-micron filtration rating, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS’s patented air/vapor removal process, all working together to deliver cleaner, more stable fuel to the injection system. By removing water, air, and vapor from the fuel before it reaches the injectors, this system directly addresses the fuel-related causes behind many common Duramax injector failures.
