AWE Tuning Track Edition Cat-Back — Built for the B8 Audi S5 3.0T
The AWE Tuning Track Edition is the louder, lower-priced sibling of AWE’s renowned Touring Edition, engineered specifically for the 2012–2017 Audi S5 Coupe (3.0T). It is crafted in-house from premium T304L stainless steel and delivers the same power gains as the Touring Edition — the key difference is the removal of AWE’s sound-cancelling 180 Technology™ rear-mufflers, which unlocks a bolder, more aggressive character. If you want your S5 to sound as serious as it drives, this is the performance exhaust to reach for.
Fair warning: this thing gets rowdy. Without the rear mufflers, the Track Edition produces a noticeably louder tone through the mid range. S-Tronic owners should take note — this system will be especially loud at part throttle. Because sound is subjective and the rear mufflers have been removed, this system cannot be returned due to sound, so choose it knowing you want the volume.

Downpipe Options (Sold Separately)
To dial in your ideal volume, AWE offers Resonated and Non-Resonated Downpipes separately. The Resonated Downpipes use resonators larger than the stock units to produce a more mellow sound volume, while the Non-Resonated Downpipes are for owners chasing the loudest setup AWE offers. Both feature larger-than-stock tubing diameter for improved flow. Note: in limited cases, factory downpipes have been known to emit minor rattling when paired with the AWE exhaust system, a possibility eliminated by pairing with AWE downpipes.
