The AWE Tuning Touring Edition Exhaust System Kit is a precision-engineered axle back upgrade built for the BMW 2.0 platform in Convertible, Coupe, and Sedan body styles, available in both AWD and RWD applications. Beginning after the secondary catalyst, the Touring Edition picks up right before the rear axle and delivers a full single 3″ route from that point, then splits to dual patented, drone-canceling 180 Technology™ resonators followed by 3″ tip outlets. It’s a purpose-built performance exhaust for drivers who want a more assertive exterior note without sacrificing cabin refinement.
Why 180 Technology™ Matters
Thanks to the straight-through design and complete lack of packing material, this exhaust system maintains maximum flow. The job of the 180 Technology® resonators is to defeat the drone-prone frequencies that would otherwise resonate inside the cabin. The result: exterior volume is increased while the interior experience becomes much more sophisticated and tame. If you plan to upgrade anything further upstream on a 330i, the Touring Edition is the recommended route; keep everything stock on the 330i sedan and the Touring Edition will resemble stock from within the cabin.

Every aspect of this car exhaust is meticulously engineered, designed, and manufactured in-house at AWE in Pennsylvania, USA, from US-sourced .065″-wall T304L stainless steel with 3″ tubing. The package is completed with dual 4.5″ slash-cut, double-walled tips finished in striking Diamond Black. As a valveless, tune-not-required setup, it installs as a clean bolt-on exhaust pipe solution that keeps the driving experience predictable and refined.
